Two examples of 99 misconduct.

My close friend was expecting a call from Senior Law Center phone because he has limited free subsidized phone minutes available, but it was check day so I had to hang up Jamaican scam telemarketers several time a minute. The police came and did a report on me being harassed by several calls a minute and gave me a police report watching him take over the phone and talking to Jamaican crooks on both my phone and his cell, insisting “Give me the code”.

Back in January 1, 1995, I called 911 frantically asking why the police ambulance didn’t arrive. My landlord who wrote “A Cat Goes to Court” Kalvin Khan, not Calvin as some internet used book dealers claim was in inches from death if not already so. The dispatcher answered: “Another call came right before your call took precedence”. Until today I was only interested in pursuing belated murder not 911 misconduct.

With my landlord I saved him life several times by calling 911, once by cab to Thomas Jefferson where they put him in a wheel chair and when the finally woke him up from sleeping in the wheel chair to examine him he was inches from death.

In the days before he died I had the keys to his apartment which were mysterious missing. The curtains except that day were always up which the regular mail carrier will testify to. He went in a coma and later died scrawled out on the living room floor where he would been noticed with the curtains up, likely retrievable information. My first frantic call was at the pay phone a half a block away at the Baltimore Ave. gas station. The call seconds earlier came from my phone since the new handyman wouldn’t get off my land phone strung down to the first floor with a 100 ft extension. If the 911 call said “An old man had been missing two days, and it's probably nothing but should be checked on” came from my land phone, I been repeatedly contesting, it should be a smoking gun for belated murder charges. If the handyman secretly had a cell phone it would complicate purposely systematically causing Kalvin to die, charges.

However, as I said, I now want to pursue 911 misconduct. I hope others have their own story for a class action suite.

The first time I heard systematically trying to cause someone to die charges was when Michael Jackson's sister accused a record company of forgiving Michael Jackson's scheduling misses with an ever heavier schedule to replace it, while systematically trying to prevent Michael from seeing her. Now Micheal's sister is satisfied with his doctor being convicted for giving Michael a fatal final dose of anesthesia. The doctor claiming the final large dose Michael managed to get himself. Since Conrad Murphy was on the phone concerning a huge business deal, if I were the authorities I would investigate that business dealer knowing about the overdose.

Now back to the record companies, and other big-shots thinking they can get away with anything if their input is indirect enough. Cheri Honkala, earlier Green Party candidate for sheriff, wants to file criminal charges against Governor Corbett and others for leaving thousands without gas. More appropriate would be such schemes that won't save money but leave the desperate out. Such as transferring food-stamps from the Agricultural Department, not to save money. but give food-stamps mostly to the computer literate would be more appropriate, and could be filed against today's neo-cons years from now as with child molesting.

In Philadelphia we are facing on opportunity. Some have there finger's closed that, Richard Basciano, the person who hired a person incapable of tearing down the building next to the Salvation Army without damaging the Salvation Army which collapsed when it was open not on Sunday also with manslaughter. If an effort was made by him to prevent the Salvation Army from being notified Saturday, murder charges rather than manslaughter charges would be appropriate.

Let's get together and protest 911 misconduct, and murder though totally limiting options to make death happen. Once organized crime cut car breaks to encourage death to happen now such actions is attempted murder or murder. If we united and lobby for changes, the other ways people get away with murder will be closed as well. Don't forget, besides prosecutors, 911 must be forced to respond to cornering a person to have to die, and canceled police reports must be restored.
