It will be good for, not only the NON shareholders of the enterprises that will be generated by the on-going global "cooperation" of corporate treaties, agreements, partnerships, et al, including the China - Canada Investment Treaty, The Trans Pacific Partnership, the EU - Canada CETA, but,for the potential shareholders, as well,who are quite interested to know if President Xi Jinping (China) will support Russia as a co-member of B.R.I.C.S. when President Putin uses his potential role as "The White Knight".And, while President Putin's potential support as “The WHITE KNIGHT” in the development of the CETAgreement, et al, litigation below can dramatically off-set the hundreds of billions of dollars due to the present & future sanctions levelled by American led, et al, corporations & financial institutions via their governments' signing their global corporate economic treaties/”arrangements”, and the potential for making trillions of dollars for the Russian economy over the next 30 - 40 years & beyond,are the citizens (SHAREHOLDERS & NON shareholders) of Germany & JAPAN just being prudent in wanting to wait for the outcome of:1) the submission to The SUPREME COURT of CANADA & the highest court in Germany, et al, to make their findings regarding “The Submission”:"The SHAREHOLDERS & Corporations of AMERICA, et alvthe harmless Canadian NON shareholders, et al"?and 2) "The MERKEL Letter"?(see; davidehsmith.wordpress.com )Have the federal representatives of the nations that are the potential signatories of CETA, TPP, et al, willingly provided the NON shareholders of China, Canada, Europe, the Trans Pacific nations, et al, with the aforementioned information? Are the federal representatives, et al, depriving the NON shareholders of Canada, et al, of the due diligence information that enables the family of the NON shareholders of Canada, et al, to make informed decisions regarding their financial planning?And, would a reasonable person conclude by a preponderance of the evidence, &/or, beyond a reasonable doubt, that these documents, et al, demonstrate that the SHAREHOLDERS of AMERICA, CANADA , the EU & Trans Pacific nations, et al, really do not care which NON shareholders pay them the punitive penalties, etc., by way of their secret (“Death-Star Chamber”) TRIBUNALS, as long as its not the SHAREHOLDERS who pay & not their corporations regardless of which country the corporations:1) operating from, 2) maintain their headquarters,3) use to do their cyber banking, accounting, "taxation", etc.&4) et al?And, re; the CHINA – Canada Investment Treaty, is it understandable why the “coveted” Hong Kong investor & his associates are “concerned” with the aforementioned findings of The SUPREME COURT of CANADA, et al, & the effects of the findings, et al, on the EU, AMERICA, the Trans Pacific nations, et al, treaties with CHINA, et al? Regarding your questions about the role of Russian President Putin as the "White Knight"; there are several reasons why Putin, &/or, any, &/or, all of of other members of the "counter/alternative economic block to the American led 'mad ideas' " BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa), is interested in "supporting", &/or, bankrolling the NON shareholders' litigation. Some of them are:1) Russia has several 100s of billions of debts coming due shortly & the corporate America's (the global corporate economy's) trade sanctions, as a consequence of the Ukraine situation, et al, are killing Russia's income source from oil & gas exports. Putin, &/or, his associates can off set the payment of these debts by:A) paying for the costs of the aforementioned litigations that would deprive the corporate America, et al, of the trillions of dollars of profits generated by way of the aforementioned of treaties/ "arrangements" via:i) the development & financing of the natural resources that are being "offered" by corporate Canada, &/or, ii) the punitive penalties via the (D-S-Chamber) Tribunals, Putin may be able to trade his not following through with the suing of corporate America (as per above) in return for the lifting the trade sanctions & just claim that he tried to be the economic & judicious "White Knight", but, was "thwarted" by any number of "western", &/or, anti-Russian organizations, individuals, &/or, groups,B) paying for the costs of the aforementioned litigations would enable Putin, "The White Knight" to make money (ie. litigation as an investment) on the proceeds of successfully suing each & every corporate member of the global corporate economy and their shareholders &C) et al.Regardless, the White Knight litigation would not be in The Tribunals venue, but, the superior courts of the NON shareholders.And, on the basis of that the global corporate economy knowingly & purposely created the "arrangements", also referred to as "The TREATIES" complete with their own jurisdiction/court (The Tribunals) & their own set of rules, by depriving the shareholders & NON shareholders of the due diligence information (to "make an informed opinion", such as; investing in "The ENTERPRISE") the corporations can & will be charged with:1) the intent to defraud, etc., the potential shareholders, 2) misrepresenting the integrity of The Tribunals by fraudulently demanding that the harmless NON shareholders have to pay the punitive penalties of encumbering the access to & the development of the aforementioned natural resources, the corporations & SHAREHOLDERS are, both; culpable & liable&3) et al.There are other several reasons why Putin, or, anyone else who would like to resuscitate their public image, might consider helping the NON shareholders, et al, finance the aforementioned litigation.Gerhard, can we agree that the words "trade agreements, partnerships, treaties", etc. are just the pretext, &/or, misnomer to hide the intent of the global corporate economy's "arrangements" with some products moving from one country to another to legitimize the corporations' exaggerated (buyer beware?) claims?Re; your comment:"I have trust that the European Union and it´s representatives have not gone entirely mad...".Gerhard, when making assumption, conclusions, or, beliefs regarding someone who is allegedly representing another person, you might consider the Latin expression “Ignoramus et ignorabimus” (Latin): “We don’t know (which questions one's competency?) & we will not know,” (which questions one's sincerity?).So, if one asks his/her politician after a treaty/"arrangement" has been signed about the need for "The (&/or, any) White Knight, the politician can & will say, "But, I didn't know". And, you may, or, may, not take some solace in correctly concluding that the politician has been & is continuing to be indeed "incompetent". It, your solace, may not, however, help you prevent the signing of the treaty the first place unless you ask your representatives ahead of time & it may not help you "un ring the bell" afterwards.On the other hand, if you do your due diligence homework & actually write your politician, its very likely that the politician will give you a better understanding of his/her willingness to look into information & questions that he/she understands. That is to say, if the politician does not answer your very specific question (ie. the question can be answered with a simple "Yes", or "No") regarding your question, for example, "Do you (the politician) understand the role of the White Knight in recouping the Tribunals' punitive fines to be paid by the harmless NON shareholders?". Then, depending upon the politician's “yes”, or, “no” answer, you will be better equipped knowing if the politician has in fact just told you "I will not know", ie. the politician is insincere and The White Knight, therefore, becomes even more significant. The politician may then be "penalized" as a consequence of his/her putting you, et al, in a position of "reckless endangerment", etc.But, if you Gerhard, "do not know", &/or, "you will not know" (ie. if you have no intention of asking the person who does, or, should know, including your representatives) then, it may not be the politicians competency, or, sincerity that is in question, &/or, is enabling the aforementioned treaty/"arrangements".By the way, who did you mean by "we" in your sentence "We are going head to head on the issue of the "Death Star Chambers" aka; the courts of arbitration"?.Ie. you & who else? And, what are you specifically doing?
