You Get What We Give You

The Media won’t inform us of all the executive orders that Donald Trump signs as the President of the United States. They will give us a soundbite that he signed executive orders, a snippet about some of the divisive ones, but nothing about what, or how many he will sign. It’s not their job anymore. They’re highly paid trolls, chasing tweets, and they will not inform us that the new executive orders will change our government forever. Again, the revolution will not be on television.

The television will not tell you the whole democracy thing is over. That quaint, of the people, by the people, for the people, thing, has been replaced with sit back, shut-up, and take what we give you. Your vote is not necessary, your voice not welcome. The Oligarchs got this, no need to concern yourself. Forget about it!

Oligarchy is the best way to govern, really, trust me. It will be great! Democracy is messy. People talk and talk and talk, and nothing gets done. At least, not the way we want it done. So, there will be no dissent. Certainly, you won’t see any. You get what we give you. Your kids will receive the best education you can afford on the salary we give you. No Unions, or collective bargaining will be allowed. Remember, you’ve got the right to work.

Look around you, Oligarchy is all the rage. In Russia and China certain people are getting rich; really, really, rich. Their power is limitless and their concern ends at the tip of their nose. Everything is collateral damage. You, Me, and the world we live in, they only stand in the way of making a profit. Forget about it!

Oligarchy is easy, just keep the 1% controlling 90% of the economy. All you need is a massive national security apparatus, an undereducated populace, and television. Look how good the citizens of Russia and China have it. I dare to dream.

Welcome to the new aristocracy, Donald and the Republicans. What Americans used to consider “rights” are now “privileges” to those that can afford them. Healthcare is a privilege. Education is a privilege. Social Security is a privilege. You get what we give you, or what you can buy.

Have no fear, this government of billionaires for billionaires will do the right thing; whether you like it or not. Did you ever wonder why the DonDon likes the PuPu so much? It’s his authoritarianism. PuPu’s got it,

and the DonDon want’s it. Unfortunately, we’re about to get it. Civil rights, voting rights, free speech rights, and all that other... stuff... in the Constitution is not part of the, “Original Intent” of the Constitution. Forget about it, you get what we give you. What’s a citizen to do? Who thought we would ever be here?

The Roscoeman says, first verify the vote. It’s all about the vote. How our vote is counted, then processed (yes, processed) and then reported to us is... absurd, criminal, arcane, and irrelevant to the Oligarchs. They got this, and before anything changes we need to fix that. I pray the soldiers will know where to point their guns.
