Declaration of Dissolution
4th of July, 2024

We the People of the United States, in order to allow formation of a viable System of Government, to ensure domestic Tranquility and promote the General Welfare, on this day agree to dissolve the United States of America.

As it becomes necessary to untie the political bands that have shackled us, a decent respect for the opinions of the people of the world requires that we should declare the causes that impel us to dissolve this Union, formed 250 years ago.

We believe all people are created equal and endowed with inalienable Rights, such as Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. To secure these rights, Governments derive their just powers from the consent of the governed. Whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, directly or indirectly imposing a long train of social, political, economic and cultural abuses and usurpation, it is the Right of the People, nay, their duty, to abolish that Government and seek new forms of organization that will ensure their future security.

To support these assertions let the following Facts be submitted to a candid world.

The United States Government, through Congress, and supported by the Supreme Court, has imposed and supports taxation that benefits a relatively small group of the wealthy at the expense of the vast majority of the less well-to-do.

Through Congress, and supported by the Supreme Court, It has promoted, or permitted circumventing, constitutional law, including its habeas corpus provisions, using the Patriot Act and the National Defense Authorization Act, thus instituting legislation that deprives citizens of their right to be confronted by accusers and to Trial by Jury.

It maintains large armies in foreign countries in states of undeclared war, after invading such countries, without the constitutionally required approval by Congress.

It allows U.S. troops and U.S. mercenaries to impose injury, death and destruction on the people of foreign countries in circumstances of cruelty & perfidy scarcely paralleled even in the most barbarous ages.

It conspires with health insurance companies and health service providers to sell health services at rates that millions of citizens cannot afford, resulting in suffering and death for many thousands of citizens every year.

It uses draconian threats and measures to criminalize and intimidate aliens, including their children, with disastrous psychological and physical effects on them.

Worldwide, It has created and maintains the threat of deadly force against nations that refuse to act according to its wanton dictates, this policy creating a direct and dire threat to the survival of the world population.

Over well nigh 250 years It has evolved into an organization so evil and so destructive, both to its own citizenry and to the people of the world, that we are certain its dissolution constitutes an enormous step toward Life, Liberty and Security for Americans and all others now living, and for many generations yet to be born on this planet.

For these principal reasons, and many others, too complex to list in this document, we, the signatories, by simple majority vote, have on this day agreed to disband the construct known as the United States of America.

In witness and confirmation of which, and with firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we affix our signatures.
