I wonder what the reaction would be if this document appeared:

Sadly the following citizens of the United States of America have come to the conclusion that for many years time all American administrations have completely ignored some of their most cherished demands.  In the hope that citizens of other nations may agree that the following decisions on the part of the USA would be found desirable, we are here asking the opinions of those citizens, to be responded to in whatever forums, platforms, or media they find convenient.

Briefly: Would the citizens of the nations of the world find it desirable for the United States of America to:

1) Refrain from preemptive military attacks attacking on them (or any other countries)?

2) Cease giving or selling military arms or aid to their governments,(or to those of their 'enemies')?

3) Taking sides in their internal disputes or dissensions (except in the case of United Nations votes?

4) Refrain from preemptive blockades or sanctions (except through United Nations votes.

5) Refrain from Security Council vetoes when America is a party to a dispute?

6) Allow American officials accused of War Crimes to be indicted in the appropriate international tribunals?

B) Would the governments of the nations of the world make any or all of the same six commitments if the five great powers did so, under any mutually agreed protections and guarantees?
