Men Are Considered to Be Their Identities Whereas Women Settle for Being Considered to Be Their Reputations

Men seem to be taken a lot more seriously than women,IMHO. Unless, that is, the women (i.e., sell out politians like Hillary Clinton, etc.,) are puppets who speak for the (male) "powers that be", of course. Why do women allow this? Why do women accept that they deserve to be the negative default "power" brokers of judgment? Women seem to settle for being the judges of what is moral and what is even worthy of judgment, while men seem to be the actors and the performers and the experiencers of life. I hope I am just projecting, but I fear that iit is otherwize because it seems to me to be overwhelmingly the truth that when ever I, as a woman, write or even say something, anything, it too often seems to me to be considered to be immoral because of my reputation, of having been, at one time 30 years ago, an impoverished person who used survival sex. All my future actions are, or seem to me to be viewed from the (DISAD)vantage point of my past openness that has become my "repution". Of course this is denied to be the case, profusively. In fact I am often dismissed as believing there is a conspiracy against me, or I am called insane, etc. If I am so wrong, then why are women's reputations, such as Maya Angelou's, revised, so that their history (self disclosed prostitution-as-survival-sex as in "I know Why the Caged bird Sings") is re-interpreted to be more acceptable, namely Maya Angelou is now re-hiastoricised as a business women in charge of a brothel? Men, on the other hand, are, or seem to be, free from their "reputations", because men are considered to be their identities, instead of, or in addition to, their reputations. Men are, or seem to be, free from the pre-judgement of their "reputations". Men, it seems to me at least, to be given a lot of second chances to make a first impression, whereas women, well, hardly as much.Whether this gets published at all is moot, because it has to be read for there to be a decision made and that is enough for me to plant " subliminal seeds" in the minds of whoever reads this. And, even if this goes unpublished, or just the same, obscured by it being unrecognized as "Most Recent", etc., as my previous article ("Society Is an Impossible Burden:Is Spontanaiety the Opposite of Alienation?) was, that is OK too, unless, of course, my REPUTATION, i.e., MY NAME prevents this from even being read, let alone published! And, if that happens, I rest my case! lol
