I’m screaming at the chasm,
At the abyss, thank you Bono,
Let the peace dove go free,
Let True Peace fly free!

What music, what poetry,
Through yonder window breaks?
The cracks in everything
MUST let the light get in

And Peace must prevail,
Not as the world giveth,
Give I, the Prince of Peace,
Unto you, O’ worldly anti-peace

The peace dove that will
Never go free on this old earth
Will eventually, very soon,
Crack apart this decaying world

And the Peace Dove WILL go free,
Ending the screaming at the abyss,
At the chasm, laughing at that apex
Will prevail, forevermore

As I’m laughing at the chasm,
At the abyss, with Leonard C.,
