Convalescent Plasma Trump’s Home Run

The President slipped so many times on short cutting science that we think something is screwy just because it came out of Trump’s mouth. Meanwhile Trump floors a massiveness conspiracy theory to screw things until after the November election. Giving him credit where credit is due won’t add to his ammunition.

Trump heard doctors had horded hydroxychloroquine for themselves and family not realizing jumping on outdated material. Trump suggestion on ultraviolet light should have suggested bars and concerts under sunlamps and sun block and top-rated ultraviolet sun glasses like in a tanning studio.  I wish visiting rooms in nursing homes resembled tanning salons.

Sadly Trump’s suggestion for massive use of convalescent plasma also needs more thought. It needs to be combined with massive increases in convalescent plasma. Instead of a celebrity and politician making one trip to the blood bank in front of cameras after recovering from coronavirus, they needs announces twice monthly trips to the plasma bank. Survivors need to be encouraged to give systematic donations even twice monthly pickups and ways to keep working with a middle in ones arm. Otherwise a sudden shortage of plasma is pending.

Trump claims sabotage to keep everything screwed up until after the November which he call Deep State conspiracy. Let’s not give him ammunition on these claims. Giving Trump credit when he actually hits the ball might be helpful to us all.

When I criticize Trump I add credit where credit is do.

As Trump starts to take better advice missing this fact can backfire.
