A Personal Tale of Trumpism

I made a mistake at the annual bratwurst party of the grosse pointe senior men's tennis association by sitting at the wrong table.  To me those guys were just fellow tennis players I competed with or against three times a week.  But now they spoke up in a way they never would on the court.  I did nothing to provoke them but they stared at me and knew.

Three of them in a barely sequential echoing chorus said that Trump will be re-elected.  One of them declared that Trump is the greatest president America has ever had.

I didn't say a word, didn't point out to them how female I have always thought Trump is because of his frequency of such expressions as "disgusting" and "disgraceful," words of a harridan. Synonyms for harridan: shrew, virago, termigant, harpy, vixen, nag, hag, crone, dragon, fishwife, hell-cat, she-devil, fury, martinet, gorgon, scold, ogress.

Female behavior in a man and overuse of the words "disgusting," "fake" and "disgraceful" is certainly not grounds for impeachment.  But disloyalty to the democratic ideals of the United States is.  That is why I keep insisting that family separations at the border and concentration camps along with child abuse resulting in six known deaths so far need to be at the center of upcoming impeachment hearings that also can include serial sexual depredations, The Mueller Report, campaign paid hush-ups and "the banality of torture" identified long ago by Hannah Arendt as an absolute in human evil not subject to further discussion-- an absolutely impeachable offense against humanity.
