The boy, identified as Yasser Abu Anja, succumbed to his wounds shortly after being taken to the European Hospital in southern Gaza."

The other killed Palestinian, 24-year-old Mohammad al-Khamaida, was seriously wounded after being shot by live ammunition and later succumbed to his wounds. Palestinians reported 310 wounded by live fire and tear gas inhalation in clashes near the Israel-Gaza border, 133 of whom were taken to hospitals.
