Anonymous has released video showing a Chicago Police Department vehicle equipped with a device able to steal data from nearby cell phones without a warrant. Protesters claimed that the truck momentarily garbled their phone calls and disrupted their signals as it drove by. Audio captured from police scanners shows communication between Chicago Police and the Department of Homeland Security's fusion center in Chicago, in which an officer asked the fusion center to monitor a protest organizer's phone calls.
