WHY THE WORLD IS INCOMPETENT

The fortunate in society are fortunate because they have set up social and economic systems that guarantee that they are the more fortunate by making the less fortunate more unfortunate.

Celibate men dictate proper sexual behavior and morality for everyone else.

People who don’t use drugs decide no one is allowed to use drugs.

Wealthy people decide how much money poor people need to live on.

Men make laws and decisions that affect women’s fertility and reproductive decisions.

Many crimes are punished with fines, a form of legalized extortion, making the justice system a lucrative cash cow for governments so they don’t have to raise taxes but can instead extort money from “disobedient” people, leading to more and more petty rules and laws that no one wants to obey.

Those who have never fought in a war start and perpetuate wars.

Politicians who legally lie all the time on TV make laws that saying vulgar words on TV is a punishable crime.

Those who do not love their country trick those who do love their country into fighting in unnecessary wars.

People who have been victims of racism become racists themselves.

Dishonest politicians introduce and pass bills that harm the people who vote for them.
