This is a really simple story. As election time came closer and closer to voting time, the Democratic Party starting crying wolf and putting out emails saying we were going to loose. It got worse and worse. I would get over 30 emails some days. All of them saying all was lost. I had contributed several times but I’d get emails saying I’d never contributed and I was letting the party down. I got similar emails from the Wendy Davis campaign even though I’d contributed to her in her early campaign. It was all negative. It never let up and was really depressing. I became convinced we would loose the election.

I voted early. I voted based on issues. My vote had nothing to do with ads. It was simple. No money invested in ads influenced my vote for my Democratic Party candidates. I believe the same would apply to the “black” vote if they had approached it on an “issue base.” It’s much easier to mobilize voters based on issues.. I believe the same is true with Hispanics. Instead nearly all of the Democratic mobilization was based on advertising. Now we have an unbelievable disaster in our so called Democratic government.

This story is this simple. I don’t need to write anything else. It doesn’t take rocket science. We are screwed now, that is if you're a Democrat. Period.
