Are You Inside the Intelligence?

In my first life, I did well at traditional things. I was a star at New York University (Phi Beta Kappa, summa cum laude), a cooking fool (I wrote The Anybody Can Make It, Everybody Will Love It Cookbook), a post-impressionist painter (I had a one-woman show), a mom of three, and a working actress doing commercials and roles on TV situation comedies. Here’s my reel of commercials from those days: https://vimeo.com/15091755. And here’s Suzanne’s Story, a biographical piece from then till now, written as a chapter in a book to inspire young girls: http://theconversation.org/suzannes-story.

In 1970, after being Mrs. Him for 14 years, I got unmarried and started my second life. Traveling on mind-expanding avenues, I landed in whatever it is that gave rise to everything. That connection has inspired my activities since then, where I’ve been doing what I can to address these times that are dangerously out of balance, where exploitation has supplanted interest in the common good. What can be done to bring about a more life-sustaining perception, grounded in an awareness that we are one?

The good news is that seeking God is giving way to expressing God. After lifetimes of spiritual practice, self-aware people can sit around the campfire, glowing together. This is an everyday God sort of thing, hearkening to earlier connections to the land and to the tribe that have been acculturated out of us. It is timely now for those with a developed capacity for seeing through the illusion to grow a field of awareness.

Actually, I’ve started to share a little experiment I did in 1989, when, for three months, first thing in the morning I grabbed my pen to do what you might think of as automatic writing. I held the pen, but I never said these things. According to what it told me, it was The Intelligence speaking, and what it said is wiser than I dare to be. It’s now been almost 30 years since it told me how to move on the march towards myself, propelling me to do what I can to shift our collective understanding to becoming a healing world rather than a hurting one. Now, I produce projects and events to entice us all to engage in a primal understanding where we care about each other as much as we care about ourselves.

One of my big projects was What on Earth?, a documentary I made about the crop circle phenomenon: www.suespeaks.org/crop-circles. If you look at the facts and don’t just listen to the skeptical media, you’ll see there’s evidence we are being visited. If we accepted that as fact rather than science fiction, we would be one humanity in relation to 'the other,' and, as someone in the film says, "That could be what saves this civilization."

Thinking of myself as a focal point to pulse the vibe of an awakened humanity, now I’m looking for others who feel the same mandate.  I’m collecting us, thinking that if we put our heads together some powerful change-making could occur. Be in touch if what speaks to me speaks to you.
