Still urinating blood after two failed attempts to deprive millions of fellow Americans of health care, the Turtle will be brought back into the game late next week only if it becomes necessary to count votes.

Senators Lindsey Graham of South Carolina and Bill Cassidy of Louisiana, now hope to carry the ball into the end zone on or before September 30, 2017, thus ensuring that many more thousands of Americans will die each year*.

Graham and Cassidy have not explained what they have against their fellow Americans that set them on this Sudden Death effort that if successful will foreshorten more American lives each year than were lost in the War in Iraq, the War in Afghanistan, and to all terrorist acts since 2000, combined.

*According to a 2009 Harvard Medical School Study, 45,000 American deaths a year can be attributed to a lack of health insurance.  Note:  this number was reached prior to the implementation of Obamacare, which by some estimates covered 20 million Americans.  Graham-Cassidy would repeal Obamacare.
