Why I Stopped Listening to Campaign Speeches and Why Presidents Elect Should Stop Listening to Initial Intel Briefings

Here is an expanded version of a mini-rant I entered in a recent RSN comment field re the 2016 primaries, with dozens of folks nit-picking the races to death:

Folks, folks, folks... the Bilderberg Group and National Security Council decide who is or is not qualified to be POTUS... don't youse guys know anything?

What country have you been living in since 1913? Beginning in that year, every administration, Rep or Dem, has had over 400 members of the National Security Council in it, and many serve thru multiple admins. This is what is referred to as "Continuity of Government." And anyone who knows anything about management knows that it is the mid-level and second-tier managers who do the lion's share of the work in any bureaucracy.

Do you really think any single elected person can significantly change the course of the military industrial financial media academic congressional judicial executive complex? Really? I love Bernie, but I also loved Barak in 2008 and Carter in 1976, but the Washingtoon Machine locked up its gears for them and twisted their minds, too. Capisce?

Because of this huge "elephant in the room of power", I have not listened to a single campaign speech of any candidate this year. At age 60, I have heard so many promises that have not come to pass that I have simply stopped listening, however earnest the speaker is in his/her heart of hearts. Yes, I do vote, tho that isn't nearly what its cracked up to be, either.

Furthermore, every newly elected president gets a huge UNreality check with his/her first full briefing from the CIA/NSC, re the often insane and counter-productive world-wide actions of men with way too much money, too many guns, and not nearly enough wisdom. This is guaranteed to suck their brains out of their heads via their eyes and ears and puree them, adding all sorts of engineered mind-altering drugs to the brain mash. This mash is then re-injected into their skulls.

Thus from one day to the next, presidents elect are transformed from at least semi-rational beings to brain-addled, over-stimulated zombies, too overwhelmed to act on their original plans; so they surrender their admins to the Continuity of Government middle-management zombies. Oh, yes, they are zombies, too, but have had more experience in being zombies so it has all become normal for them.

Last night I saw a brief news story about the Dem race, and commented to my wife that Hillary looked like she was on major stimulants, with huge eyes that appeared to be seeing nothing... in full zombie mode. Not surprising, since as Secretary of State she received enough intel briefings to puree her brain years ago. However, Bernie's brain has yet to be pureed. If he is smart, he would insist that his briefings be spread over a month or three, so he has at least a small chance of mentally surviving the experience.

Here is a fun movie guaranteed to puree the brain of anyone who views it all. It will give you an idea of the mind-f*ck our fearless leaders get from initial intel agency briefings, but this one is anti-establishment, so perhaps we should encourage Big Bro types to watch it... perhaps at the power elite's Boys Only Bohemian Grove gathering next July... wouldn't THAT be something?

*And I do mean BOYS- they are not self-actualized men yet. For 140 frigging years they have reveled in the folly the I, me, mine, hunter/killer left brain indulges in, while refusing holistic, synthesizing, concrete, right brain input from women... sheer suicidal, genocidal, insanity! When the hell will our so-called leaders grow up? They are hastening the end of the American Empire, not preserving it!
