It has been resolved therefore to keep Yefremov in a secret location as his testimony might be key for the planned proceedings in the warcrimes international tribunal in the Hague. Former semi-criminal 'Regions Party' boss, Yefremov fears assasination organized by the FSB. Earlier, FSB operatives have murdered Alexander Litvinenko, a political emigre in London, the loud investigation now underway in Britain.
