But for some that has seemed to be the driving Washington narrative: the all-powerful White House chief of staff hijacking the presidency of the progressive-minded Obama.

"...hijacking the presidency of the progressive-minded Obama." That's am intriguing narrative, but it's based on an erroneous supposition. Obama has always been a centrist. He only seems progressive compared to the troglodytes who immediately preceded him in office. Too many progressives and other "leftists" projected their dreams and agenda on him, without paying attention to what he was really saying during the campaign.

Why is this man still at large? Arguably, he poses a danger to himself and others because of his psychosis.
