Surprise, surprise. Congress gives another US president all the money he wants to continue the US policy of slaughtering and maiming the people of countries whose resources the US craves and whose policies the US scorns. To put it another way, it's billions for this season's illegal and unjust wars of choice but chump change for American workers suffering from the country's financial profligacy and preference for the well-heeled (who may "possibly" have enough left over to make a few well-designated campaign contributions).
