The issue is ENFORCEMENT and the JUSTICE DEPARTMENT. Fines are stupid. JAIL is a DETERRENT. Send some of these people to JAIL and you will give them something to THINK about

You told Larry King you didn't know what you would be doing next. Here's a suggestion - it's at the heart of what's wrong with our system! Take on big money campaign contributions and lobbyists. I know there is overlap with Capitalism a Love Story, but with a new emphasis, who knows????

Right on Michael!!!! I would love to see you do a documentary about sexual abuse of children whether parental, social, the church, or the pervert on the street...numerous children are sexually assaulted, beaten, and murdered and where is the justice..some judges don't allow evidence that a crime has been committed...i.e. failure of a lie detector test, testimony from the children, mothers etc...to what avail...the guy gets a slap on the wrist and goes his merry way to do it again...I live in Az where women and children are not respected in the court...thanks for letting me share.

Love your idea Michael, although I'd be reluctant to punish another country if we did deport them, even to France. I'd rather see them deported to a prison, and not a country club prison, for life without parole, with the total of all their wealth and assets confiscated and returned to the people.
But heck, deportation would be cheaper I guess, so how about one of the unoccupied islands in the Aleutian chain?
