			<description><![CDATA[Surely there are citizens who are interested in this. What would any of us do if there were to be a proposal to dig and frack in our communities? Personally, I'd be in the streets or wherever the local sites might be for the setup. In our area there is a massive underground water system, and cave system. Any insertion of chemicals into the water system would end up, not only in our wells, but in every state south of us, including the Mississippi River, which is already the "alimentary canal" of the U.S.]]></description>
